Claudia , a former volunteer for the Police Complaint Center was recently dismissed due to misconduct. Ms. Treacy has been mailing illegal unauthorized legal advice to inmates incarcerated in Indiana Jails and Prisons. Official mail from The Police Complaint Center will not be coming from an Indiana Post Office.
